Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Coordinator who is naturally humble, kind, and respectful in communication—yet assertive, authoritative, and smart enough to get things done efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring dashboards, handling calls, and ensuring smooth coordination across teams and tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Continuously monitor dashboards, systems, and reports while remaining stationed at their desk.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally using headphones/headset.
  • Coordinate between teams, clients, and departments to ensure timely task completion.
  • Maintain accurate logs, follow-ups, and status updates.
  • Identify issues, escalate where necessary, and make quick decisions when required.
  • Manage coordination tasks with a balance of respect, assertiveness, and authority.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations by proactively spotting inefficiencies and resolving them.
  • Assist in scheduling, communication flow, and operational support.
