Coordinator-Administrative Executive

Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Corporate Affairs Administration team in the role of Coordinator-Administrative Executive.
The Coordinator-Administrative Executive provides comprehensive administrative and technical support to executive leadership (EVP, SVP, and President). Responsibilities include managing schedules and calendars; coordinating meetings and events; preparing detailed travel arrangements; managing and processing invoices and expense approvals; and handling inquiries and other requests as directed. This role operates with minimal guidance and direction, anticipating and proactively addressing administrative and technical issues and challenges as they arise. Exercising strong independent judgment, the Executive Administrative Coordinator anticipates potential issues and challenges and recognizes the specific needs of their leader(s).

Reports to: Executive Vice President-Chief Administrative Officer
Candidate Qualifications
Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required.
Requires 5-7+ years of relevant experience.
Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment preferred.
Requires experience with document preparation / materials management for top level executives.
Requires strong proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Requires progressive experience in receiving, analyzing, and interpreting complex data and information.
