Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Female College Coordinator with at least 2 years of professional experience in academic coordination, administration, or a similar role. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day academic and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth communication between faculty, students, and management, and supporting the overall operations of the college.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate academic schedules, examinations, and events.
- Maintain effective communication between faculty, students, and administration.
- Oversee daily operations of the college to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in student admissions, registrations, and record management.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures.
- Prepare and maintain reports, documentation, and correspondence as required.
- Support the management in organizing seminars, workshops, and extracurricular activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an HEC recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in coordination/administration (preferably in an educational institute).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and record management.
- Professional, confident, and well-organized personality.
