Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Female College Coordinator with at least 2 years of professional experience in academic coordination, administration, or a similar role. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day academic and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth communication between faculty, students, and management, and supporting the overall operations of the college.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate academic schedules, examinations, and events.
  • Maintain effective communication between faculty, students, and administration.
  • Oversee daily operations of the college to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Assist in student admissions, registrations, and record management.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, documentation, and correspondence as required.
  • Support the management in organizing seminars, workshops, and extracurricular activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an HEC recognized institution.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in coordination/administration (preferably in an educational institute).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and record management.
  • Professional, confident, and well-organized personality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
