The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, facilitating foreign exchange and remittance services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Welcome customers and provide information regarding company services, foreign exchange transactions, and remittance products.</li><li>Assist customers in completing transaction forms and ensure compliance with KYC and AML requirements.</li><li>Verify customer information and ensure transactions comply with SBP regulations and company policies.</li><li>Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.</li><li>Coordinate with Branch Management and Treasury Department regarding currency rates and communicate updates to cashiers.</li><li>Process inward and outward remittance forms accurately.</li><li>Prepare and maintain daily transaction records and documentation.</li><li>Verify customer identity and ensure the authenticity of transactions.</li><li>Provide administrative and operational support as required.</li><li>Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing of documents.</li><li>Ensure a professional, organized, and welcoming front-office environment.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or a related field from a recognized institution.</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and regulatory compliance.</li><li>Previous experience in banking, exchange companies, customer service, or financial institutions will be preferred.</li></ul>Gender: FemaleWork Location: In person
