Position: Front Desk Officer / Front Line Associate (FLA)

Reporting To: Branch Supervisor/Manager
Location: Head Office, Lahore

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, customer-oriented, and professional Front Desk Officer / Front Line Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, facilitating foreign exchange and remittance services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and provide information regarding company services, foreign exchange transactions, and remittance products.
  • Assist customers in completing transaction forms and ensure compliance with KYC and AML requirements.
  • Verify customer information and ensure transactions comply with SBP regulations and company policies.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with Branch Management and Treasury Department regarding currency rates and communicate updates to cashiers.
  • Process inward and outward remittance forms accurately.
  • Prepare and maintain daily transaction records and documentation.
  • Verify customer identity and ensure the authenticity of transactions.
  • Provide administrative and operational support as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing of documents.
  • Ensure a professional, organized, and welcoming front-office environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and regulatory compliance.
  • Previous experience in banking, exchange companies, customer service, or financial institutions will be preferred.
