Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused CSC Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Provide accurate information regarding company services, policies, and procedures.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach in all customer interactions.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to address customer concerns effectively.
- Maintain and update customer records in the Forex Management System.
- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately.
- Generate reports related to customer complaints, response times, and satisfaction levels.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate authority when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, IT, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and computerized record management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in customer service, banking, financial services, or exchange companies will be preferred.
Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
