Coordinator, Corporate Affairs

Overview:

Job Purpose

The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), a subsidiary of Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), is seeking an energetic, highly organized hire for our corporate affairs team. The Coordinator, Corporate Affairs, will provide logistical and administrative support for important projects including VIP visits of dignitaries/executives and engagements tied to the NYSE’s role as an iconic institution. The Coordinator, Corporate Affairs, will also provide administrative support including tracking deliverables for projects, developing long-range calendars, preparing briefing materials, scheduling meetings and engagements, and assisting with procurement and expense processes. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to learn quickly, and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison to key external partners, supporting logistical planning and execution of high‑visibility corporate affairs engagements at the NYSE, including coordination and negotiation with foreign governments, consulates, and diplomatic missions.
  • Design, draft and compile briefing materials, PowerPoint presentations, and executive summaries that distill complex topics into clear, actionable decision materials for NYSE leadership.
  • Understand team protocols/procedures and help to communicate them to others within the company.
  • Curate invitation lists for corporate affairs events, track responses, and answer inquiries from attendees.
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, expense and procurement processes, travel planning, and other tasks.
  • Develop and maintain tracking documents, including project-specific to do lists, long-range calendars, meeting agendas, and other materials.
  • Conduct research and review of incoming requests.
  • Partner with key internal departments across NYSE including events, catering, a/v and broadcast, technology, facilities, security, and others.


Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ years of experience in event planning and logistics, executive office support, or government protocol and advance. Experience may include internships, coursework, volunteer work, and other professional development activities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills; the ability to meet deadlines with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Exceptional PowerPoint skills and the ability to package information into visually clear, audience-ready presentations and briefing documents.
  • Understanding of protocol and etiquette for dignitaries and senior executives preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Polite and professional presence in internal and external interactions.
  • A true team player who approaches every assignment - big or small - with professionalism and a get-it-done attitude.
  • Interest in business, economics, geopolitics, and related topics.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and adaptability using Salesforce.


New York Base Salary Range

The expected base salary for this role, if located in New York, is between $60,000 - 70,000 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange’s incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual. Regular full-time ICE employees are eligible for a suite of competitive employee benefits, including healthcare coverage (medical, dental and vision), a 401(k) plan, life insurance, time off, and paid leave for qualifying circumstances.
