Job Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Communications (or related field).
2 years’ relevant experience in administrative support, project/event coordination, or a similar role, preferably in event management, humanitarian, or education sectors.
Provide administrative assistance and support to project teams and work closely with the Project Manager.
Implement comprehensive project plans and timelines.
Set priorities and manage daily project activities to meet deadlines.
Monitor project progress and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Execute and coordinate operational and administrative functions.
Assist in developing and executing marketing plans and strategies.
Liaise with organizers, stakeholders, and participants to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare creative social media content and campaigns, schedule posts, respond to inquiries, and monitor engagement.
Perform research and prepare/update documents, reports, and presentations.
Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
