Job Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Communications (or related field).
  • 2 years’ relevant experience in administrative support, project/event coordination, or a similar role, preferably in event management, humanitarian, or education sectors.
  • Provide administrative assistance and support to project teams and work closely with the Project Manager.
  • Implement comprehensive project plans and timelines.
  • Set priorities and manage daily project activities to meet deadlines.
  • Monitor project progress and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Execute and coordinate operational and administrative functions.
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing plans and strategies.
  • Liaise with organizers, stakeholders, and participants to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare creative social media content and campaigns, schedule posts, respond to inquiries, and monitor engagement.
  • Perform research and prepare/update documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
