Coordinator - Elevator Maintenance

We are hiring a Coordinator to join our Elevator Maintenance Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for 24/7 service calls
• Schedule client appointments for Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM)
• Organize and manage breakdown calls & PPM scheduling
• Collect, scan, and file service reports accurately
• Update and mark PPM completion status on FACTS system
• Prepare, finalize, and release repair quotations to clients

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in maintenance coordination (elevator industry preferred) in The UAE.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
