Cost controller

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitor, analyze, and control daily production costs and operating expenses
• Maintain accurate cost records for raw materials, packaging, labor, and overheads
• Prepare cost variance reports, highlighting areas for cost optimization
• Analyze product costing for new and existing SKUs and provide recommendations for pricing
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual cost reconciliations
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing cost data and insights
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Coordinate with procurement, production, finance, and warehouse teams for cost verification
• Evaluate supplier invoices, purchase orders, and contracts for cost accuracy
• Assist in inventory audits and ensure correct valuation of stock

Desired Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CMA/CPA preferred)
• Minimum 3–5 years of cost control experience in manufacturing or F&B industry in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, inventory control, and cost analysis
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
