Professional Duties and Responsibilities

  • Adhere to and ensure compliance with the company’s policies, procedures, and guidelines at all times.
  • Follow the norms established for a safe work environment by ensuring company codes, standards and regulations are adhered.
  • Schedule and organize scheduled & on-call meeting sessions with different sites as and when needed.
  • Assist the line manager in scheduling and execution of day-to-day activities pertaining to the assigned domain.
  • Responsible for keeping track of and maintaining logs of the daily activities. Prepare daily logs and share them with the line manager for their input.
  • Preparation of monthly, semi-annual & annual reports to determine and gauge the performance parameters of the field teams to keep track of the progress.
  • Organize and effectively maintain the filing system, both soft and hard, to ensure all the relevant data is available as and when needed.
  • Responsible for preparing travel advance requests, managing, and maintaining petty cash expenditures across various sites, and handling routine financial matters related to the engineering domain.
  • Must coordinate with the relevant stakeholders & internal customers e.g. Accounts, Finance, HR, Business Development & Customer Support etc to schedule the activities and to get the financial requirements / impacts catered for.
  • Must act as a focal person for the department to get the multiple activities on site & Head Office aligned and executed professionally
  • Responsible for establishing a communication link with the client POCs on multiple sites through telephonic discussion, E-Mails & letters etc.
  • Must be able to perform additionally assigned tasks by the line manager as and when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Education:

Experience:

  • Service Industry: 1 year (Required)
