Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update HR policies, SOPs, and governance documentation
  • Support internal HR audits and ensure timely closure of compliance gaps
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and compliance summaries
  • Coordinate with HR teams on policy execution and documentation requirements
  • Maintain employee records, forms, and governance archives
  • Assist in compliance checks related to attendance, contracts, benefits, and statutory requirements
  • Ensure confidentiality, data accuracy, and adherence to HR governance standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, HR governance, compliance, or documentation
  • Strong MS Office and reporting skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
  • Understanding of HR policies, compliance, and audit workflows
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
