Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update HR policies, SOPs, and governance documentation
- Support internal HR audits and ensure timely closure of compliance gaps
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and compliance summaries
- Coordinate with HR teams on policy execution and documentation requirements
- Maintain employee records, forms, and governance archives
- Assist in compliance checks related to attendance, contracts, benefits, and statutory requirements
- Ensure confidentiality, data accuracy, and adherence to HR governance standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, HR governance, compliance, or documentation
- Strong MS Office and reporting skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
- Understanding of HR policies, compliance, and audit workflows
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
