Position: Lecturer / Coordinator – Computing & IT

Location: H-11/4, Islamabad

Education: MS / MPhil (Computer Science, IT, or relevant discipline)

TMUC is seeking a motivated and academically strong Lecturer / Coordinator – Computing & IT to support academic delivery, student engagement, and departmental operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach up to four Computing/IT subjects and conduct tutorials as required
• Support the HoD in academic planning, student recruitment, and retention activities
• Manage academic records, timetables, attendance, assessments, and student progression
• Coordinate with visiting faculty, learners, and internal stakeholders
• Prepare lesson plans, assignment briefs, and ensure timely submissions
• Handle student counseling, walk-in queries, and official departmental correspondence
• Maintain student, faculty, and course documentation (digital & manual)
• Support internships, study visits, competitions, workshops, and academic events
• Liaise with partner university and SDL teams for smooth academic delivery
• Assist in quality enhancement, faculty support, and modern teaching practices
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Line Manager

Requirements:

• MS/MPhil in Computer Science, IT, or a relevant field
• Teaching and academic coordination experience preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and student management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced academic environment
• Location: TMUC, H-11/4, Islamabad

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
