Coordinator, Logistics & Coordination (1024)

Job Purpose

Support the execution of day-to-day logistics and coordination activities for SOTC programs, training sessions, and sports events. The role focuses on operational support, basic coordination with stakeholders, tracking logistics tasks, and ensuring required resources are available to support smooth program and event delivery.

Job Specific Accountabilities

Logistics Operations Support

• Support coordination of transportation, equipment movement, accommodation, and site logistics for SOTC programs and events.
• Track logistics requests and ensure tasks are executed as per agreed timelines.
• Assist in preparing logistics schedules, checklists, and basic plans.
• Support on-ground logistics activities during programs and events, including setup and breakdown.
• Maintain inventories, asset movement logs, and logistics-related records.
  
  

Program & Event Coordination

• Support logistics coordination for training programs, camps, and sports events under SOTC.
• Liaise with venues, coaches, program teams, and service providers to support operational readiness.
• Assist in coordinating access, passes, and basic site arrangements during events.
• Support post-event activities including asset return and documentation closure.
  
  

Vendor & Service Provider Support

• Support coordination with logistics vendors, transport providers, and suppliers as directed.
• Collect service delivery confirmations and assist in reviewing basic service reports.
• Support invoice documentation by compiling required records and confirmations.
• Maintain vendor contact lists and service coordination records.
  
  

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare basic daily or weekly logistics updates and trackers.
• Support data collection for logistics performance and operational reporting.
• Ensure timely filing and organization of logistics-related documents.
