Job Summary
Assist Beckman Institute faculty members in the Center for Label-free Imaging and Multiscale Biophotonics (CLIMB) with all matters related to their research, including management and oversight of research proposal preparation and submission, and serving as a liaison with publishers, granting agencies, departmental business offices and Beckman Institute staff.Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree.
2. A total of one (1) year (12 months) in education, training and/or work experience in academic or clinical research environments, contributing to multidisciplinary teams and/or supporting research operations.
3. Demonstrated experience in full-cycle grant management, including proposal development, budget preparation, submission, compliance monitoring, and/or post-award administration.

Appointment Information
This is a 100% full-time Civil Service 5002 - Program Coordinator position, appointed on a 12-month basis. The expected start date is as soon as possible after the posting period closes. The salary range for this position is $61,000 - $73,000/year. Final salary offered will be determined by a thorough assessment of available market data, internal salary equity, candidate experience and qualifications, collective bargaining agreements and budget constraints.
Sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position.
