Why This Role Matters
As a Coordinator Supply Chain (Consumer-Original Equipment), you'll play a key role in our Supply Chain team by handling Original Equipment customer orders and ensuring timely delivery of our products. You will work within an international environment, collaborating daily with colleagues across multiple international locations.

What You'll Do
Handle customer orders and order to cash related OE customer requests ie . receive the OE customer orders via phone calls, e-mail and process through SAP, act as a liaison between the OE customer s and Goodyear order management and logistics execution to ensure orders are being shipped as per customer requirements, following and managing demand and production signals, preparing weekly/monthly stock and sales reports, take all necessary actions to sell the plan on time.
Work closely with OE Sales Team , EMEA OE Core team , Warehouse team and act to ensure that the assigned OE customers' requirements are being met
Work closely with all other Supply Chain associates to cover special requests in compliance with Goodyear standard work procedures
Maximize OE customer satisfaction by driving the company and supply chain strategy in all dealings with OE customers
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 2-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service or OE Business
- Effective communication skills in both written and oral
- Proficiency in relevant SAP transactions (order & quality management) & key operational reports in EDW in OTC & Power BI
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Fluency in both Turkish and English, written and spoken.
- Knowledge in automotive related industries is a plus
