Role Summary:
Provides day-to-day operational and coordination support, ensuring requests and work orders are handled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage work orders and service requests
  • Communicate with internal teams and vendors
  • Monitor task progress and follow up as needed
  • Maintain accurate system updates and documentation
  • Support overall operational workflows

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service or operations support
  • Strong communication and time-management skills
  • Comfortable working with ticketing or work order systems
