  • Coordinate daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow between teams.
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and organizing meetings, events, and tasks.
  • Maintain and update records, reports, and documentation accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other required documents.
  • Support management in administrative tasks and special projects.
  • Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate logistics such as travel arrangements, appointments, and resource allocation.
  • Assist in problem-solving and escalating issues when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
