Job Title: Coordinator to CEO
Location: Lahore, Pakistan

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Coordinator for the CEO to provide administrative, analytical, and operational support. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, comfortable handling confidential information, and skilled in preparing reports using Advanced Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the CEO with daily coordination, scheduling, and follow-up tasks
  • Prepare reports, analysis, dashboards, and data summaries using Advanced Excel
  • Draft letters, emails, and internal communications on behalf of the CEO
  • Coordinate with departments to collect information and track progress on assignments
  • Maintain documentation, meeting minutes, and action items
  • Support the CEO in project monitoring and execution
  • Perform any additional administrative or analytical tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized institute.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a coordination or executive support role
  • Strong command of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
