Job Description

To coordinate and unify all production processes and ensure smooth workflow. This role contributes to achieving the department’s objectives by monitoring progress, providing necessary support to different teams, and ensuring compliance with the company's approved policies and procedures, as well as relevant local and international laws in the United Arab Emirates.

Key Roles And Responsibilities

• Organize and review production schedules to ensure team commitment to timelines.
• Monitor performance during different stages of production to identify areas of improvement and enhance efficiency.
• Ensure content passes final review stages before approval.
• Ensure alignment with approved standards and clarify work methodologies.
• Provide technical support to teams during production stages and ensure continuity of operations smoothly.
• Assist the team in resolving challenges by providing appropriate solutions.
• Organize workflow within production teams to align with approved policies.
• Participate in preparing detailed analytical reports to achieve departmental objectives efficiently.
