دور مهندس خدمة معدات الطباعة يشمل تركيب ومعايرة وصيانة واستكشاف أعطال معدات الطباعة وعملها وفق المواصفات والمعايير المحددة والامتثال لمعايير وتعليمات السلامة يتم ذلك وفق جدول المواعيد وطلبات الصيانة لعملائنا في المملكة وفق المنطقة بالاضافة الى إعداد تقارير الصيانة طلب قطع الغيار من المخرون وتقديم الدعم للعملاء وحل مشكلاتهم.

Job overview: As an Equipment service engineer your role will revolve around the installation, calibration, maintenance and troubleshooting Digital Print & Finishing Solutions Equipment, to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety and regulations.as per the department schedule and instruction, for our clients in the kingdom based on the region, and to provide service report, order stock, and necessary parts as well as provide clients with support and resolve their issues.

Qualifications

• المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة: درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة الإلكترونيات ولا يتطلب خبرة سابقة
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, and no prior experience is required

Skills and competencies

• معرفة بمختلف الأجهزة والمعدات الإلكترونية وأجزائها (Transistors, ICS, Micro controllers, I/O Components) أدورها وكيفية إصلاحها واستبدالها
• Good communication and teamwork ethics
• Task oriented with great time management skills
• Client oriented with the ability to foster relationship and build client trust
• Good English professional proficiency (Speaking, reading and writing)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and reporting
• A valid driving license, and to travel within the region as necessary

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (قراءة وتحدثًا وكتابة)
• إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office 365 وإعداد التقارير
• امتلاك رخصة قيادة سارية في المملكة العربية السعودية والقدرة على السفر وفق متطلبات العمل
