The activity concerns MELEIHA PHASE II development project.
Job description:
Involves bridging the gap between project design and execution, by preparing technical documents, managing project information, ensuring compliance with codes and specifications, and supporting site activities. Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, performing quantity take-offs, preparing cost estimates, coordinating with various project stakeholders, resolving technical issues, replying to RFI, and maintaining project records.
Key Responsibilities
- Documentation & Drawings: review, and coordinate shop drawings, as-built drawings, and other technical documents.
- Technical Studies: review technical and feasibility studies and prepare documents that meet technical specifications.
- Cost & Quantity Management: review quantity surveys, review Bill of Quantities (BOQs), review costs, and manage cost control.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Provide solutions for technical issues that arise during the construction phase and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Ensure all project work complies with local codes, standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
- Monitor daily progress, analyze data, and prepare regular reports and updates for senior management.
- Assist with material submittals, and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain organized records of project documentation, correspondence, and approvals.

- Period: from 01/11/2025 till 31/12/2025 (2 month). with an “high probability” of extension till 01/03/2026;
- Working schedule: 10 hours / 7 days a week;
- Rotation: 30 days ON / 10 days OFF (including travel days);
