Our newest opportunity is for a talented Copy Writer/ Document Specialist only to join our award winning team in Riyadh, Saudi.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Copywriter / Document Specialist to support our global construction consultancy with the preparation and formatting of professional documents. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with structured content, ensuring consistency, and producing polished materials for client-facing proposals and internal documentation.
Formating and edit professional documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to company brand standards.
Preparing and format staff CVs / resumes for use in proposals, marketing materials, and client submissions.
Assisting with the development and formatting of client proposals, tender responses, and capability statements.
Editing and refine written content to improve readability, grammar, tone, and structure.
Maintaining consistency across documents including formatting styles, fonts, layouts, and templates.
Working closely with technical teams, bid managers, and marketing staff to compile proposal content.
Ensuring documents meet submission guidelines and deadlines for bids and tenders.
Maintaining document templates and formatting standards across the organization.
Supporting the marketing and business development teams with document preparation as required.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include a minimum of 5 years’ career experience partnered with a Bachelor Degree.
Proven experience in copywriting, document editing, or bid/proposal support.
Strong written English with excellent grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and document formatting.
