Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Writing
- Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for social media posts, ad campaigns, websites, blogs, emailers, landing pages, and other digital assets.
- Develop brand-specific tones and messaging frameworks tailored to each client.
- Craft compelling headlines, CTAs, scripts, and storyboards for video content and brand campaigns.
Creative Concepting
- Collaborate with the design and strategy teams to develop campaign ideas and creative concepts.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide innovative content ideas aligned with campaign goals.
- Transform complex ideas into simple, impactful messages.
Editing & Quality Control
- Proofread and edit content to ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Conduct fact-checking and ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines.
- Optimize copy for digital platforms, SEO, and performance marketing requirements.
Client & Team Collaboration
- Work closely with account managers, designers, and strategists to deliver cohesive and effective communication pieces.
- Understand client briefs, target audience insights, and brand objectives.
- Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining brand voice and content quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3+ years of experience as a Copywriter, preferably in a digital agency or creative environment.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, digital content formats, and brand communication.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of SEO and performance-oriented writing.
