Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and versatile Copywriter with 3+ years of experience who can produce high-quality, engaging, and conversion-driven content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be able to write compelling short-form and long-form content while maintaining brand tone, creativity, and clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for ads, title, emails, websites, social media, and blogs
• Create high-performing content for all formats (social posts, LinkedIn posts, blog articles, marketing campaigns, etc.)
• Adapt writing tone and style according to different brands and target audiences
• Collaborate with marketing team to brainstorm creative campaign ideas
• Edit, proofread, and improve content for quality and accuracy
• Understand and create effective AI prompts and optimize content using AI tools
• Repurpose and improve existing content for better engagement and reach

Additional Creative Requirements

• Strong sense of basic design aesthetics (layout, visual flow, and content presentation understanding)
• Ability to suggest or recreate titles, headlines, and hooks for better engagement
• Understanding of how content aligns with visual design and branding

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of professional copywriting experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing versatility (ads, social media, web copy, blogs, etc.)
• Ability to switch between short-form and long-form content seamlessly
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and audience behavior
• Experience with content calendars and publishing tools (preferred)
• Strong time management and teamwork skills
• Ability to think creatively and strategically
