Copywriter – Digital Marketing

(Full-Time Position)

Content Creation & Creative Development

  • Conceptualize, write, and refine engaging copy for digital marketing channels including websites, social media, ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and blog posts
  • Translate marketing briefs into compelling storytelling and persuasive messaging
  • Develop creative concepts and content themes aligned with brand objectives and campaign goals
  • Ensure all written content maintains a consistent tone, style, and brand identity
  • Create high-converting sales copy for performance marketing campaigns, promotional ads, and product launches
  • Support content planning by contributing creative ideas, hooks, angles, and content structures
  • Review and optimize existing content to improve clarity, engagement, and performance

Brand Voice & Messaging Consistency

  • Maintain and strengthen the brand’s voice, messaging framework, and communication style across all digital channels
  • Refine messaging to suit target audiences, campaign objectives, and platform requirements
  • Ensure content accuracy, brand compliance, and alignment with overall marketing strategy
  • Support the development of messaging guidelines, tone-of-voice documents, and content standards

Digital Marketing Content Production

  • Create SEO-optimized website content, blog articles, and landing page copy to improve organic visibility
  • Write clear, concise, and engaging social media content tailored to each channel’s format
  • Develop copy for digital ads (Google, Meta, display ads, retargeting) optimized for conversions
  • Write compelling scripts for short-form video content, reels, and marketing campaigns
  • Prepare and refine email marketing copy, including newsletters, nurturing flows, and promotional mailers

Project Coordination & Workflow Management

  • Manage multiple writing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output
  • Collaborate closely with the Design, Marketing, Product, and Social Media teams to support integrated campaigns
  • Collect input, clarify project requirements, and ensure timely delivery of content assets
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, urgent requests, and time-sensitive campaigns
  • Maintain organized content documentation, drafts, and version control of deliverables

Content Analytics & Performance Optimization

  • Monitor the performance of digital content using metrics such as engagement, CTR, conversions, and SEO rankings
  • Analyze content performance to identify patterns, insights, and improvement opportunities
  • Optimize copy through A/B testing, keyword enhancements, and data-driven adjustments
  • Provide clear, actionable recommendations to enhance content effectiveness and user engagement

Systems, Tools & Process Optimization

  • Utilize content management systems (CMS), social media tools, and marketing platforms effectively
  • Contribute to improving content workflows, documentation standards, and editorial processes
  • Support automation of repetitive content tasks where possible (content templates, email sequences, scripts)
  • Maintain a structured digital content library, including templates, approved copy blocks, and reusable assets

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, Design, Social Media, SEO, Product, and Sales teams to ensure content alignment
  • Support digital campaigns, product launches, performance marketing efforts, and brand-building initiatives
  • Ensure consistent communication and coordination between teams throughout all campaign stages
  • Provide creative support for cross-functional initiatives that enhance customer experience and brand visibility

Skills & Profile

  • Strong command of English with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, audience behavior, and online content formats
  • Creativity combined with strategic thinking to craft impactful messaging
  • Ability to adapt writing style to different audiences, platforms, and brand requirements
  • Skilled in SEO writing, keyword usage, and content optimization techniques
  • Ability to handle multiple deadlines and produce accurate work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in copywriting or digital content creation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field
  • Portfolio showcasing digital writing work (ads, social media, blog posts, landing pages, or campaigns)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
