- Copy Planning & Ideation: Lead thinking and execution for content campaigns that connect consumers with brands across web, app, social media, print, and in-store touchpoints.
- Copy Creation & Editing: Write and refine original copy for digital ads, product pages, banners, emails, blogs, push notifications, SMS, catalogs, POS displays, print ads, and more.
- SEO & Performance Copy: Apply SEO strategies to digital content, integrating keywords, meta tags, and messaging that drive organic growth across online platforms.
- Brand Standardization: Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and storytelling across all online and offline materials, maintaining alignment with Nice one and partner brand guidelines.
- Campaign Execution: Partner with marketing, PR, digital product, offline retail, and design teams to launch and adapt content for cross-channel campaigns and new product rollouts.
- Analytics & Optimization: Monitor content performance data (CTR, engagement, conversions, etc.), implement A/B testing, and refine copy to improve campaign outcomes.
- Content Management: Organize and update content calendars, creative briefs, and project workflows to ensure timely and coordinated delivery of all brand messaging.
- Mentoring: Collaborate with and guide junior copywriters, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement across channels.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Creative Writing, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field. Professional certifications in SEO or digital copywriting are a plus.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of3 years’ hands-on experience in multichannel copywriting, with a portfolio covering online (web, app, digital ads, email) and offline (print, OOH, POS) branded content.
- SEO Know-How: Ability to implement current SEO and SEM tactics in copywriting for web, app, and e-commerce platforms, with measurable improvements to search ranking and engagement.
- Brand & Tone Adaptation: Proven skill in tailoring brand voice and storytelling to diverse target audiences and communication channels.
- Project Collaboration: Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams, with comfort receiving and integrating feedback from creative, technical, and business stakeholders.
- Editing & Quality Assurance: Strong editing skills, detail-driven, and able to produce error-free, culturally relevant, and on-brand copy at scale.
- Analytics-Focused: Confidence using analytics dashboards, A/B testing, user feedback, and campaign reports to steer content optimization and demonstrate ROI.
