Copywriter Specialist Responsibilities – Content Creation, Brand Consistency, Cross‑Channel Collaboration

  • Content Development: Write, edit, and proofread compelling copy for e-commerce product pages, email campaigns, social media, display ads, landing pages, catalogues, in-store signage, and other offline collateral.

  • Brand Voice & Tone: Maintain and evolve the brand voice across online and offline channels; ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and campaign objectives.

  • SEO & Performance Writing: Apply SEO best practices to digital copy, including keyword research, meta tags, headings, and on-page optimization to improve organic visibility and conversion rates.

  • Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, product, and merchandising teams to develop creative concepts and translate them into clear, effective copy for integrated campaigns.

  • Content Strategy & Planning: Contribute to content calendars, campaign briefs, and messaging strategies that support business goals, seasonal promotions, and product launches.

  • Localization & Cultural Relevance: Adapt copy for local markets and target audiences, ensuring cultural sensitivity and language appropriateness; coordinate with translation resources where required.

  • Quality Assurance: Proofread and QA copy for accuracy, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and factual correctness; ensure legal and regulatory compliance of claims and product information.

  • Testing & Optimization: Support A/B testing of headlines, calls-to-action, and messaging; analyze performance data and iterate on content to improve engagement and conversion.

  • Asset Management: Maintain organized copy files, version control, and content repositories; ensure timely delivery of copy assets to production and print partners.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with content, retail, and e-commerce trends; propose improvements to content workflows, templates, and brand guidelines to enhance efficiency and quality.

Copywriter Specialist Requirements – Writing Skill, Collaboration, Digital Savvy

  • Proven Writing Experience: Minimum of2–4 years of professional copywriting experience for digital and offline channels, preferably within retail, e-commerce, or lifestyle brands.

  • Strong Command of English: Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic language skills are a plus to support localized projects.

  • SEO & Digital Knowledge: Understanding of SEO principles, content management systems (CMS), and basic web/content analytics to inform copy decisions.

  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional proofreading and editing skills, with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and consistency across multiple formats.

  • Creative & Strategic Thinking: Ability to craft persuasive messaging that balances creativity with commercial objectives and target-audience needs.

  • Collaboration & Communication: Experience working in cross-functional teams and responding to feedback from stakeholders while maintaining quality and deadlines.

  • Organizational Skills: Able to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver under tight timelines in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Technical Tools: Comfortable using CMS platforms, Google Workspace, basic HTML for content formatting, and familiarity with design tools or brief creation is desirable.

  • Portfolio Required: Submit a portfolio or samples demonstrating range across digital and offline copy, including product descriptions, campaign copy, emails, and brand content.

  • Legal Eligibility & Availability: Right to work in Saudi Arabia and willingness to work flexible hours when required for campaign launches or cross-time-zone collaboration.
