Basic Functions

Achieving both quarterly and annual sales goals and objectives
-
Giving accurate quarterly sales forecast
-
Being responsible for the overall sales strategies and generating results across all accounts

Leveraging appropriate Dell and Glasshouse offerings and expertise to address customer needs to become a trusted advisor
-
Working on Storage, Server, and Backup infrastructure technology transformation projects and actively participating in the sales of these projects
-
Identifying and closing new sales for the defined account set
-
Maintaining current and rolling 12 months forecast and pipeline
-
Expanding the current customer base as well as landing new accounts
-
Shortening the sales cycle by focusing the customer on core needs and solutions
-
Maintaining strong relationship with Dell account team members to close deals
-
Collaborating or leading Glasshouse Business Unit and Presales team members to close deals,
-
Having depth knowledge of Dell and Glasshouse products
-
Following industry trends and technologie

Being able to manage profit-based opportunities to achieve yearly goals and growth strategies
Qualifications
-
University Degree from a reputable university
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in the Telco, Finance, and Commercial customer segments
-
Has excellent written & verbal communication skills both in Turkish and English
-
Ability to manage new sales opportunities with existing customers and acquire new customers
-
Ability to apply infrastructure technology to solve business problems
-
Skilled in problem-solving, customer-focused, willing to take responsibility
-
Able to manage relationships with manufacturers and distributors
-
Highly motivated, disciplined, with an analytical mindset, and focused on success and results
-
Basic understanding of contracts, terms and conditions and the ability to negotiate standard and nonstandard T&Cs
