Job Summary(Male Candidate)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Core HR professional with strong expertise in HR compliance, statutory requirements, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR processes, ensure legal compliance, and support organizational HR initiatives while maintaining accurate records and providing excellent employee service.
Key ResponsibilitiesCore HR & Operations
- Manage employee life cycle processes including onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
- Maintain and update HRIS/employee database with accurate and up-to-date records.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and support payroll data preparation.
- Administer employee benefits, reimbursements, and HR documentation.
Compliance & Statutory Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to all statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops & Establishment Act, and other labor laws.
- Coordinate with external consultants/auditors for compliance filings and inspections.
- Maintain statutory registers and ensure timely submission of returns.
- Support internal audits and ensure HR policies align with legal requirements.
Policy & Process Management
- Assist in drafting, updating, and communicating HR policies and SOPs.
- Support POSH compliance, awareness sessions, and committee coordination.
- Handle disciplinary actions, warning letters, and grievance processes as needed.
Employee Support
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, payroll, and compliance.
- Support engagement activities and HR communication initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 2–5+ years of experience in Core HR and Compliance.
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS, Excel, and documentation.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹11,953.35 - ₹45,997.93 per month
