Core Photographer/Videographer

Job Overview:

We’re seeking a creative and driven Photographer/Videographer to join our team!

In this role, you’ll develop concepts, support and lead shoots, and produce polished, high-quality content that reflects both our brand and our clients’ objectives. The ideal candidate has a strong visual eye, communicates effectively, and thrives in a collaborative environment. We’re especially interested in someone eager to grow into a director role, take initiative on set, and continuously build their skills.

Position Responsibilities:

• Collaborate and contribute to creative content ideation
• Pre-Production planning including storyboarding and shot planning
• Communicate, plan and execute high-quality video/photo production
• Utilize high-level post-production skillsets to bring content to life
• Learn, develop and expand brand voice/tone
• Actively explore trends to evolve video/photo ideation
• Fulfill project vision while upholding brand consistency and standards
• Self-manage video/photo capture and edit workload and content delivery

Desirable Traits/Experience:

• 2-3 years experience
• Bachelors in Videography/Photography or related fields a plus
• Pre-Production focus on planning, storyboarding, and shot planning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative eye for impactful video/photo composition, lighting and storytelling
• Experience with concepting, shooting and editing for brands
• Experience with creating a variety of contemporary, social content
• Ability to work independently and on a team and manage their own workload, deadlines and goals
• Ability to juggle multiple client projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and planning skills with ability to prioritize
• Smart, savvy, self-starter

• Sony Alpha System
• Interview/subject lighting
• Davinci Resolve
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• After Effects
• Adobe Lightroom
• Adobe Photoshop
• Final Cut Pro

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
