Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and execute all sales functions, focusing on both strategic account management and aggressive lead generation to meet and exceed company targets. Key responsibilities include preparing tailored logistics solutions for clients, negotiating high-value contracts, and delivering accurate sales forecasting and performance reports to senior management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of logistics market dynamics, and proficiency with CRM and industry software.


Responsibilities:


Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve company targets, identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.

Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored logistics solutions.

Lead Generation: Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and proactively identify new leads through networking, referrals, and market research.

Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor a sales team, setting targets, monitoring performance, and fostering a collaborative sales culture.

Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to inform sales strategies and identify areas for growth.

Internal Collaboration: Work closely with operations, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery and coordinated sales efforts.

Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights for senior management.

Networking: Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
