Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Administrator located in Abu Dhabi. The Corporate Administrator will be responsible for the formation and management of companies and foundations, overseeing company compliance, and supporting directors in managing assets such as real estate, investments, and luxury items. Daily tasks will include preparing and filing legal documents, maintaining corporate records, and coordinating with external service providers. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with a diverse portfolio of clients.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience of up to 3 to 5 years in Banking and Executive support is advantageous.
• Proven experience supporting UHNW clients,
• Proficient in MS Office
• Ability in drafting and reviewing corporate documents, resolutions, and agreements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively with legal, banking, and investment professionals
• Experience in corporate administration within ADGM or RAK ICC is a plus
• At least a bachelor's degree in business administration, Law, or a related field.
• Available to join within two weeks.
