HR & Admin Executive (Blue-collar Experience Mandatory)

Salary: 3500 to 4500 AED

Job Description

Human Resources Management:

  • Manage HR operations for our 3 companies.
  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job order applications, liaising with recruitment agencies (especially for blue-collar recruitment), and onboarding.
  • Ensure proper tracking and monitoring of employee leaves, absences, suspensions, resumptions, and travel ticket bookings.
  • Maintain complete and updated employee files (hard and soft copies).
  • Process insurance matters, including employee additions, deletions, and claims.
  • Conduct visa renewal meetings and ensure timely renewal of all employee-related documents (Visa, Emirates ID, Passport, Insurance).
  • Prepare training materials and deliver staff training sessions when required.
  • Lead and organize staff-related events, workshops, and meetings.
  • Ensure timely submission of HR reports to Finance for payroll processing, including updates on new hires, resignations, absences, warning letters, salary adjustments, WPS codes, and overtime.
  • Address and resolve all staff-related complaints and employee relations issues.

Government & Legal Compliance:

  • Assist the PRO in all government-related processes, including visa and work permit applications, document typing, MOHRE, and immigration clearance.
  • Support PRO in handling labor disputes and ensuring compliance with UAE labor law and company policies.
  • Ensure timely renewal of company-related documents such as Trade License, Establishment Cards, and other regulatory requirements.

Administration & Office Operations:

  • Oversee office operations and administrative activities in the absence of the Office Manager to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage accommodation arrangements and address related issues or concerns.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for ISO certifications and coordinate QHSE training sessions.
  • Prepare outgoing correspondence, internal memos, and employee letters (including salary collection letters).
  • Ensure effective filing and documentation of all company records.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to keep them updated on staff schedules, leaves, suspensions, and new joiners.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in the UAE is mandatory. (Facility management/cleaning industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, MOHRE, and immigration processes.
  • Experience handling PRO-related tasks and government portals.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi is Mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
