Our Company, one of the largest and most diverse EPC/MEP companies in the sector with operations all over Middle East, Asia and the Subcontinent; currently seeks experienced HR Operations Coordinators to oversee UAE Operations.

Overview

1. Managing all HR aspects of blue-collar and white-collar workforce; especially project centric activities.

2. Manage and Promote Best Practices in HR Record Keeping.

3. Nurture and Manage the Companies Emiratization Program and Competency Development.

4. Onboarding and Induction.

5. Mentoring and Provide a Sounding Board for Key Operations Personnel and Staff.

6. Streamline and Standardize the Company Recruitment/Mobilisation programs

7. Streamline and oversee Demobilization Programs

8. Have sound Resolution skills and have experience in Promotion of Standards and Best Practices within the Organization.

9. Ensure Compliance with all Country and Industry specific requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Manpower Management: Oversee daily deployment, maintain staff lists, duty rosters, and track attendance and work completion.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening candidates, onboarding new hires, and managing contractor lifecycles.
  • Employee Records: Maintain accurate employee files and HR documentation.
  • Compliance & Policies: Ensure managers and staff are aware of HR policies and procedures.
  • Reporting: Prepare and complete monthly HR and statistical reports.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve manpower-related issues and escalate critical problems.
  • Payroll & Settlements: Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure accurate final settlements and timely payments.
  • Liaise with PRO for visa renewals, labor contracts, and government paperwork.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities, HR announcements, and training sessions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Provide administrative support for audits, payroll inputs, and HR reports.

Essential Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a similar HR coordination or support role (UAE experience preferred).
  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws, visa procedures, and HRMS systems.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word; HR software knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.
  • Discreet, professional, and dependable with strong attention to detail.
  • Coordination & Communication: The ability to effectively coordinate tasks and communicate with various stakeholders is essential.
  • Problem-Solving: Skill in identifying and resolving operational and staff-related issues.
  • Teamwork: The ability to work both independently and as a member of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
