Corporate Advisory Director
The Corporate Advisory Director leads advisory engagements, develops client relationships, and drives business growth through strategic corporate finance and transaction advisory services. This role oversees deal execution, ensures high-quality client delivery, and supports business development across mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, restructuring, and strategic advisory mandates.
Key responsibilities
- Lead corporate advisory mandates from origination through execution and completion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, investors, and internal stakeholders.
- Develop pitch materials, financial analyses, valuation models, and transaction presentations.
- Advise clients on deal structure, strategic alternatives, and transaction implications.
- Manage and mentor advisory teams, ensuring quality control and timely delivery.
- Support business development efforts, including identifying opportunities and winning new mandates.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and other specialist teams during due diligence and execution.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
Requirements
- Strong experience in corporate finance, investment banking, transaction advisory, or related fields.
- Proven ability to lead client engagements and close business opportunities.
- Excellent financial modeling, valuation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Deep understanding of market trends, deal execution, and corporate decision-making.
Pay: RO9.000 - RO17.000 per hour
