Green Pastures PH (Oman) is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Compliance Director to lead and oversee all compliance, governance, and regulatory affairs within the organization in Salalah, Oman. The successful candidate will ensure that all business operations adhere to applicable local laws, industry regulations, and internal corporate policies while maintaining strong ethical and operational standards.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing compliance frameworks, monitoring regulatory changes, conducting internal audits, and ensuring adherence to legal and industry requirements across all departments. The Compliance Director will also be responsible for identifying compliance risks, establishing mitigation strategies, and promoting a strong culture of integrity and accountability within the organization.

The role involves working closely with senior management to advise on regulatory obligations, support policy development, and ensure compliance training programs are effectively delivered across teams. The Compliance Director will also manage reporting to regulatory bodies, oversee investigations when required, and ensure continuous improvement of compliance systems and controls.

Applicants should possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, with extensive experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or corporate governance. Professional certifications in compliance or risk management are highly desirable. Strong leadership, analytical thinking, communication, and decision-making skills are essential for success in this senior role.
