Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Regional Audit Director to lead audit operations, oversee compliance frameworks, and ensure adherence to international standards. This role requires strong leadership, advanced technical expertise, and the ability to align audit strategies with organizational and regional objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit Strategy: Define and implement regional audit roadmaps aligned with corporate goals.
• Risk Management: Identify risks, conduct assessments, and recommend mitigation measures.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to IFRS, GAAP, and regional regulatory frameworks.
• Operational Audits: Lead audits across finance, operations, and IT systems.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior management, regulators, and external partners.
• Innovation: Introduce new audit technologies and methodologies to strengthen efficiency.
• Team Leadership: Mentor audit professionals and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or CPA/CA preferred).
• 12+ years of audit experience, with at least 5 years in a regional or director-level role.
• Strong knowledge of audit frameworks and multinational compliance environments.
• Expertise in risk assessment, internal controls, and financial reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to deliver audit solutions in multinational or regional settings, ideally within the GCC.

Pay: Up to RO4,600.000 per month
