Role Overview:

The Corporate Affairs Officer will be responsible for supporting and coordinating across key corporate functions, including administration, operations, finance, legal, and business development. This role requires a professional who is detail-oriented, business-savvy, and able to contribute to IPO readiness while ensuring smooth operations and compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support corporate administration, documentation, and compliance activities.
  • Collaborate with finance, legal, and sales teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Contribute to IPO-related projects, ensuring readiness and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver professional reports, presentations, and corporate communications.
  • Liaise effectively with internal teams, executives, and external stakeholders.
  • Provide research, drafting, and coordination support for business initiatives.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Professional background in administration, legal, finance, or sales.
  • Solid understanding or direct experience with IPO processes.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and business software.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
