Job Summary
The Corporate Affairs Officer handles the administrative affairs of the regional offices and warehouses. He / She is responsible for the maintenance of office and labour accommodation and warehouse licenses, and along with ensuring the availability of necessary administrative support for branch employees.
Job Responsibilities
Administration Support

Ensure office spaces are maintained in a clean and organized manner, and that all administrative services are consistently delivered.

Receive and handle administration-related requests from employees, fulfilling them directly or obtaining necessary approvals when required.

Monitor and manage inventory levels of office supplies and initiate replenishment requests as needed.

Maintain office and warehouse conditions in compliance with cleanliness and safety standards; coordinate and manage maintenance activities upon approval from the Corporate Affairs Director.

Monitor company vehicle accidents and employee injury cases and coordinate with the insurance company.

Liaise with government authorities regarding Health & Safety audits.

Coordinate with government agencies for iqama and passport matters of expatriate employees.

Handle all telecommunications and internet service requirements with service providers.

Manage employee accident cases and coordinate with Head Office for GOSI and related formalities.

Follow up and ensure timely renewal and compliance of licenses related to Civil Defence and the Food & Drug Authority.

Coordinate with vendors to obtain and evaluate quotations for maintenance works, including Civil Defence and Food & Drug Authority requirements, ensuring compliance with regulations and cost-effectiveness.

Follow up on maintenance requests for warehouses and branches through the Safety Culture platform, ensuring timely closure and compliance with required standards.

Provide administrative support to other departments as required.

The employee shall be responsible for the completion and closure of any documents or tasks requested by any relevant party, in compliance with the applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.

To be as cover person in case the regional collector on leave.
Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration \ Diploma

1 years of experience in office administration or Diploma with 5+ Years of Exp

Proficiency in written and verbal Arabic language
