Corporate and Foundation Giving Officer

Are you passionate about connecting resources with meaningful programs that transform lives? University Health is seeking a Corporate & Foundation Giving Officer to play a key role in securing critical funding for our mission of advancing health and building a stronger community.

What You’ll Do

In this pivotal role, you will:

• Develop, manage, and implement strategies to grow corporate and foundation giving, including grants.

• Identify and cultivate relationships with public, private, and corporate foundations to secure catalytic and sustainable funding.

• Lead and support grant writing efforts — from proposals to reports — ensuring accuracy and compelling storytelling.

• Partner with internal teams to develop fundable projects, plan site visits, and host donor meetings.

• Steward existing donors with excellent communication and engagement.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a strategic, relationship-driven professional who thrives on making an impact. You have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field (required).

• 5+ years of experience in fundraising, marketing/sales, or a related field, with demonstrated success in building partnerships.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you know how to craft a compelling case for support.

• Strong interpersonal skills to engage donors, volunteers, corporate partners, and leadership.

• The ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and work both independently and collaboratively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Virtuous CRM is a plus.
