Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SECP filings, compliance documentation, and corporate record maintenance.
- Review and finalize company documents and correspondence with regulatory authorities.
- Advise and coordinate on corporate structuring, amendments, and registrations.
- Guide and supervise junior associates in completing assignments.
- Communicate directly with clients and ensure compliance deadlines are met.
- Support internal management with updates and progress reports on compliance activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Accounting, or Corporate Management.
- 3–6 years of experience in corporate filings, SECP compliance, or company secretarial work.
- Solid understanding of corporate documentation, reporting processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with SECP portal or corporate data management systems preferred.
