Established Manhattan Law firm of some 40-attorneys with a deep pipeline of clients has a need for a mid-level corporate associate for their growing practice. The right individual has 2-4+ years of general corporate experience from a law firm setting, including contract drafting, M&A, securities, etc. Salary in the $180K-$225K range; hybrid work (Fridays remote), no billable requirement, but hours tend to be in the 1500/year.
