Corporate Attorney

Job Description

We are looking for a Corporate Attorney to provide on-call legal support for our business operations. This role is ideal for a seasoned legal professional who enjoys flexible work arrangements and has experience advising small to mid-sized businesses and growing.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on corporate governance, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate business agreements, leases, and vendor contracts.
• Advise on employment law matters and internal policies.
• Assist with risk management and dispute resolution.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, especially in the vape and glassware industry.
• Be available on-call for urgent legal matters or consultations.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Montana (or ability to practice in Montana via reciprocity or in-house counsel registration).
• 5+ years of experience in corporate or business law.
• Strong understanding of retail, e-commerce, or regulated industries preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and respond quickly to legal inquiries.
