• Compensation: $200,000 - $250,000 base salary plus bonuses

Qualifications:

• 10+ years’ experience as an Attorney with a focus on Corporate Transactional Law
• Portable book of business of at least $350k in annual revenue
• Strong job tenure
• Strong writing skills
• Strong academic credentials
