Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Officer to support the growth of our consulting, corporate training, executive coaching, and family business advisory services. The role involves lead generation, client relationship management, meeting coordination, proposal support, and basic office administration.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate and qualify leads for consulting, training, and advisory services.
* Build relationships with CEOs, business owners, HR professionals, and decision-makers.
* Arrange client meetings and follow up on business opportunities.
* Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client communications.
* Maintain CRM records, client databases, and business development reports.
* Support training events, seminars, and client engagement activities.
* Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the Lahore office.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, Management, or a related field (MBA/BBA preferred).
* 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, consulting, training services, or client coordination.
Knowledge of crm and additional skills
Willing to travel national-level
Should know car driving
Should have own motorbike.
