SAFI GLOBAL is an investment holding company managing and scaling multiple businesses under one group, including Laundry, Ladies Salon, Real Estate, Kids Play Area, Automotive PPF Workshop, and other strategic retail and service ventures. The group focuses on identifying high-potential opportunities, executing business expansion, and building scalable, profitable brands across diverse sectors

The ideal candidate will combine market research, financial analysis, and hands-on project execution, with strong knowledge of the UAE market & GCC Matket , new project launches, and location-based retail opportunities.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Expansion & Market Research

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities across Laundry, Salon, Real Estate, Kids Play Areas, Automotive (PPF Workshop), and other retail concepts.
  • Track new project launches, mall openings, community developments, and high-potential locations across the UAE.
  • Conduct area-based market research including footfall analysis, demographics, competition mapping, pricing benchmarks, and demand assessment.
  • Provide recommendations on best locations, business formats, and expansion strategies.

Corporate Development & M&A

  • Conduct market research to identify potential acquisition, partnership, or franchise opportunities aligned with company strategy.
  • Assess target companies for strategic fit, financial performance, operational strength, and scalability.
  • Maintain and administer the M&A / expansion funnel, tracking opportunities, status, and next actions.
  • Lead and coordinate due diligence (financial, legal, operational, commercial) with internal teams and external advisors.
  • Develop financial models, valuations, scenario analysis, ROI calculations, and synergy assessments.
  • Support deal structuring, including seller-based financing strategies where applicable.
  • Assist in negotiations on pricing, structure, and commercial terms.
  • Support post-deal integration and execution of expansion plans.
  • Must have knowlege about Business Setup activity

Investment Advisory & Strategic Planning

  • Provide investment insights and strategic recommendations based on market trends and financial analysis.
  • Support management in capital allocation decisions and prioritisation of expansion projects.
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and operational gaps in proposed investments or expansions.

Project Coordination & Execution

  • Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Finance, HR, Marketing, Legal) to gather updates on ongoing projects.
  • Track progress, deadlines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple expansion and business initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment between strategy, execution, and business goals.
  • Escalate issues and delays to management with clear action plans.
  • Maintain proper documentation, reports, and follow-ups on pending tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
