Key Responsibilities
1. Clinical Care & Emergency Response

Provide prompt diagnosis, treatment, and first aid for work-related and non-work-related medical cases.

Manage medical emergencies and stabilize patients before referral to external healthcare providers if required.

Maintain accurate medical records of all consultations and treatments.
2. Occupational Health & Safety
-
Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and return-to-work medical examinations.

Monitor employees’ health status, especially for roles with exposure to occupational hazards (e.g., food handling, machinery).

Support health surveillance programs in line with regulatory requirements.
3. Health Promotion & Disease Prevention
-
Identify trends in workplace illnesses/injuries and recommend preventive measures.

Support EHS campaigns and wellness initiatives.
4. Compliance & Reporting
-
Ensure compliance with local occupational health laws and regulations.

Maintain and submit health reports to EHS and management.
-
Advise management on health-related risks and control measures through Monthly report upon agreement with EHS.
5. Administrative Duties
-
Manage clinic supplies, medications, and equipment.
-
Coordinate with HR, EHS, and insurance providers for medical claims and documentation.
-
Participate in health and safety committee meetings.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Medical degree with a valid license.
-
Certification in Occupational Health or equivalent (preferred).
-
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a clinical or occupational health setting.
-
First Aid, CPR, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
