Job Summary

The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets by developing corporate clients, contractors, builders, consultants, architects, housing societies, and dealer networks for PPRC and UPVC piping products. The role involves strategic sales planning, business development, relationship management, project handling, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for PPRC & UPVC pipes and fittings.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities in construction, plumbing, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.
  • Generate institutional and project sales through builders, contractors, consultants, and government departments.
  • Expand dealer and distributor network across assigned territories.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with:
  • Contractors
  • Builders
  • Architects
  • Consultants
  • Housing societies
  • Government organizations
  • Industrial clients
  • Conduct regular client visits and technical presentations.

Market Analysis

  • Monitor competitor pricing, product positioning, and market trends.
  • Collect market intelligence regarding construction projects and upcoming tenders.
  • Recommend pricing and promotional strategies.

Product Promotion

  • Promote company products including:
  • PPRC Pipes & Fittings
  • UPVC Pipes & Fittings
  • HDPE / CPVC solutions
  • Coordinate product demonstrations and technical seminars.

Team Management

  • Supervise sales officers and regional sales teams.
  • Train sales staff regarding product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Monitor team performance and reporting.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis.
  • Coordinate with production, supply chain, and finance departments for order execution and recovery management.
  • Ensure timely collections and payment follow-ups.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • MBA Marketing preferred.

Experience

  • 5–10 years of sales experience in:
  • Pipes & fittings
  • Building materials
  • Sanitary products
  • Construction materials
  • Experience in PPRC/UPVC industry preferred.
