What awaits you in this role


We are looking for a colleague for our Corporate Office & Business Excellence Team !


  • Structure and prepare high-quality materials for Corporate Committees and Executive Management, translating cross-functional inputs into clear executive narratives,
  • Support leadership meetings end-to-end (including agenda setting, moderation and etc.),
  • Contribute to strategic projects, business excellence initiatives and transformation efforts across the organization,
  • Analyze and condense financial and market intelligence data.


What we expect


  • Bachelor’s degree from Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related fields,
  • 6 months – 2 years of professional experience (including internships), prior experience in consulting, corporate office, CEO/CFO office, PMO, governance or executive reporting roles is considered an asset,
  • Excellent communication skills in English, you will be reporting to Expat Manager,
  • Broad experience in relevant MS Office Programs particularly PowerPoint and Excel,
  • Experience in strategic project management, preferably within dynamic and multi-stakeholder environments,
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly, structure complex topics and drive solutions,
  • Strong digital mindset; familiarity with digital and AI-based tools(ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) is considered an asset,
  • Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail, particularly when working under tight timelines,
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and interact with stakeholders in a professional manner,
  • Resilient, adaptable, and positive team player in dynamic, fast-paced environment.
